Ultra-Form is a vacuum former that allows full, smooth travel of the clamping frame. The unit has two "S" shaped clamps, which provide grip on plastic forming sheets while allowing the user ease of operation. A single "on-off" switch controls the unit. The heating element and vacuum pump are automatically activated and deactivated by moving the frame up to heat or down to vacuum form.
Additionally, the heating element cannot be activated unless the clamping frame is locked in the up "heat" position and hood is positioned over the clamping frame. The unit has an indicator light in the hood to warn when the element is activated, and the hood can be swung out of the way, which automatically deactivates the heating element.
