TUBULICID RED -- Is a clear liquid that is used as a "wetting agent" in dentin bonding procedures. Give the bonding agent a more hydrophilic environment. It will produce a deeper tag and a thicker hybrid layer.
The actual technique: acid etch first for about 15-20 seconds. Wash off the acid with copious amounts of warm water. Then place TUBULICID RED and leave it wet (it should not be puddly). Proceed to the instructions for the wet dentin bonding agent.
TUBULICID/TUBULITEC/SYSTEM---This 3 part system will virtually eliminate post-operative sensitivity under amalgams and crowns. It is easy and inexpensive. Each liquid is scrubbed and air dried. Total film thickness 1 micron.
