• Every Press-Mate 8800 Series purchased through COLIN is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as you own the monitor. The Press-Mate 8800 Series pulse oximeter, electronic predictive thermometer, and tympanic thermometer when purchased with the Press-Mate, are warranted for a period of five (5) years. Accessories and rechargeable battery are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days) from date of purchase.

• COLIN is committed to keeping you satisfied with the products we offer. Should any of our instrumentation fail during the first three years of the warranty period, upon request, we will ship, a free loaner within 24 hours. COLIN'S factory trained service representatives will complete needed repairs quickly, usually within three working days. COLIN also offers Customer/Technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
