Patient Charting Tool

Chart-It is a visual tool that facilitates patient charting. It can bring patient education, treatment planning, insurance submissions and record keeping to a new level. Data can be entered via an electronic probe (like the Probe One), voice activation, light pens, keyboard or mouse.

Features and reports include:

• Restorative Charting - Decay, defective, restored, implants, missing teeth and more are represented in full color graphics.
  
• Periodontal Charting - Free gingival margin, mucogingival junction, mobility, pocket depth, furcation, bleeding and suppuration
  
• Attachment Comparison Report - The patient's progress can be compared between visits.
  
• Treatment Plans and Predetermining - Up to nine plans are available for each patient with ADA codes and fee estimation for stand alone use or may be sent to the practice management program.
  
• Notes - Tooth notes and general chronological notes are available on the periodontal and restorative charts.
  
• History - Complete patient history of all information collected is available at any time.
