Lancer Orthodontics Appoints New Strategic Development Director

Lancer Orthodontics, Inc.(San Marcos, CA) announced the appointment of Nick DiCarlo, a 20-year executive in the orthodontics industry, to the new position of director, Strategic Development.

"Mr. DiCarlo will focus initially on further expanding Lancer Orthodontics' involvement in the important managed care segment of the orthodontics industry and orthodontics buying groups," said Doug Miller, Lancer Orthodontic president and COO.

Mr. DiCarlo was with 3M/Unitek (Monrovia, CA) for 19 years, and his last position there was International General Manager for the Pacific Rim. In that position, he trained orthodontic representatives in sales and marketing. He served as Special Markets manager for Ortho Organizers, Inc. (San Marcos, CA), increasing its sales to large orthodontic purchasing groups, according to a press release.
