Instrument Receptacle

The C-Tub is a functional and durable instrument receptacle that can disinfect or sterilize both large and small instruments. It can hold up to three times as many instruments as a traditional disinfecting tray, while occupying the same amount of counter space. Convenient level indicators allow the Cetylcide-G solution to be mixed directly in the receptacle, eliminating the need for extra containers. The inner equipment basket has molded-in hooks that allow it to be lifted out of the solution and set into the side of the tub, where it can drain unattended.

There is also a mini-basket that fits inside the larger equipment basket and holds small items. All of the parts are made from advanced plastics that are highly resistant to chemicals and impact. The receptacle was designed specifically to be used with Cetycide-G, but may be used with other disinfecting or sterilizing products. Products containing phenolics and/or iodophors are not recommended, as they may stain or soften the plastic.
