According to the firm, the Web site offers the following abilities:

• Agents who sell HumanaDental products can create customized plan summaries on the site and request quotes from Humana electronically.
• HumanaDental customers can access coverage information online and print enrollment forms from the site.
• Members can use the site to find a dentist.

A key feature of the site, Humana says, is the plan summaries system, which allows agents to create customer-specific plan summaries. Once the agent has selected the type of plan and the state and county where the customer is located, he or she can customize the plan summary with such information as deductible levels and whether certain services are included in the plan.
