GlaxoSmithKline Introduces New Aquafresh White Trays

Parsippany, NJ – GlaxoSmithKline, makers of Aquafresh, announced the arrival of new Aquafresh White Trays, an over-the-counter tray whitening treatment clinically proven to offer noticeably whiter results in as little as three days. Soft and thin, the pre-dosed trays of 10 percent hydrogen peroxide solution hug the contours of upper and lower teeth, providing secure contact and complete coverage without the messy hassle of strips.

Designed to fit into a busy lifestyle, White Trays contain a pre-dosed whitening gel that gets below the tooth surface to whiten stains normal brushing alone can't reach. The 10 percent hydrogen peroxide solution becomes active when patients take the tray out of its packet. For clinically proven whitening results, Aquafresh White Trays should be used for a minimum of 30 minutes once a day for 5 days.

It is recommended that patients avoid dental work for two weeks before and after using any tooth-whitening product. If temporary sensitivity occurs, patients should not brush their teeth immediately prior to treatment or should stop using treatment for a few days, then resume daily usage.

White Trays will only whiten natural teeth and are not recommended for orthodontic patients. For more information about Aquafresh White Trays or GlaxoSmithKline's other dental care products, visit www.dental-professional.com or call 1.800.652.5625.
