Softech Inc. is a privately held corporation, dedicated exclusively to the development of its DENTECH Practice Management Software. Softech, Inc. has thrived over the last twenty years in an industry where companies have come, gone or have been bought out. The DENTECH program has a dental user base that is one of the largest in the country. We pride ourselves on producing a quality product that is the backbone of many progressive, successful offices you see today. DENTECH especially excels in the large, multi-site or multi-doctor practice.

Softech, Inc. is the National Headquarters for the DENTECH program. It is located in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with distributors located throughout the United States. Farmington Hills is the home base of operations for both software development and software support.

Softech, Inc. has been developing and improving the DENTECH program since 1979. DENTECH was originally written for the XENIX/UNIX environment, then in the early 1990's was re-written to operate in the MS Windows® environment. Understanding the advantages of different operating systems, DENTECH is offered today in UNIX, AIX, Windows 95/98/2000/NT and Citrix environments.

All DENTECH programs integrate and / or bridge to popular clinical programs available today. DENTECH also offers ACT, Advanced Clinical Technologies, one program that includes perio and tooth charting (with voice), digital imaging management (with video) and and advanced document generator that increases the efficiency of clinical applications.
