Biostar is a multi-purpose dental molding machine that utilizes the principle of air pressure and makes a variety of hard and soft dental appliances. The device uses a combination of positive pressure (65 psi) and the heated side of the material being formed over the model, which gives flawless adaptation. The product is capable of fabricating Hawley retainers, retainers with bite plane, expansion appliances, bonded rapid palatal expanders, invisible retainers, and a wide variety of other dental products.
