DentalMac is a business and clinical management system for dental professionals. It combines the user-friendly Macintosh operating system with powerful software. From scheduling appointments to treatment planning to clinical information management, the system will make your practice more efficient. This software was designed to fit a range of office sizes and accommodate the needs of different types of practices. The series of products builds upon a basic system, giving you potential for expansion through upgrades and add-on modules.

• DentalMac LE is for a single-user practice and handles the basics of billing, compiling account information, processing and tracking insurance claims, and word processing.

• DentalMac SE is for either single or network use, and incorporates the features of the basic LE package, plus form letters, batch printing, mail merge, productivity tools, database utilities, on-screen alerts, and documentation tools for narratives, prescriptions, and electronic administration forms.

• DentalMac F/X adds complete clinical information management to the foundation of DentalMac SE. Advanced dental charting, treatment planning, and connectivity for intraoral cameras and digital X-rays, full-motion video, and cosmetic imaging are included.

• DentalMac Reports produces a variety of clear, concise reports that help you analyze and manage your practice. These reports are categorized by Daily Activities, Production, Billing, Insurance, Marketing, and Management. Many can be run by either posted date or procedure date. You can stack requests for several consecutive reports to print at once. A Screen Report option allows you to compile and view reports on the screen, and save them to be printed later. Laser labels and recall postcards can also be generated from Reports.

In addition, Scheduling and EClaims modules are available as add-on options.
