BIOLASE Announces Appointment Of New Vice President Of Sales

Irvine, CA - BIOLASE Technology, Inc., a medical technology company that develops, manufactures and markets lasers and related products focused on technologies for improved applications and procedures in dentistry and medicine, announced recently that the company has appointed Matthew J. Hunt as Vice President of Sales, North America. Matthew will be responsible for sales activities in the U.S. and Canada and overseeing Biolase's Customers #1 program.

Matthew has worked with Biolase since 2000 as a Senior Laser Specialist, Certified Trainer and Regional Sales Director prior to his appointment to Vice President of Sales, North America. Matthew was also a founding member of the World Clinical Laser Institute (WCLI), has served on the WCLI Professional Advisory Board since its inception and is believed to have helped grow the WCLI into the largest dental laser organization worldwide. In addition, Matthew has worked in the dental industry for fourteen years pioneering intra-oral cameras, high speed curing devices, digital x-ray and most recently hard and soft tissue dental lasers.
