3M Completes Acquisition Of Dental Preventive Products Company

3M announced that it has completed the acquisition of OMNII Oral Pharmaceuticals, a provider of differentiated preventive dental products, solutions and support for dental professionals. OMNII headquarters will remain in West Palm Beach, Fla. It will be a wholly owned subsidiary.
