PLAN 1:The Advanced Annual Service Agreement
HighSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just $11.95 per month per HighSpeed for one year, plus a $5.00 co-pay. You receive UNLIMITED TOTAL repair service for that HandPiece for one year. (excludes fiber optic or specialty HandPiece).
SlowSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just 16.95 per month per Slowspeed for one year, plus a $5.00 co-pay. You receive UNLIMITED TOTAL repair service for that HandPiece for one year. (excludes fiber optic or specialty HandPiece).
PLAN 2: The Basic Service Agreement
HighSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just $9.95 per month per HighSpeed for one year. You receive UNLIMITED BASIC repair service for that HandPiece for one year.
SlowSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just $14.95 per month per HighSpeed for one year. You receive UNLIMITED BASIC repair service for that HandPiece for one year.
PLAN 3: The Intermediate Service Agreement
HighSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just $65.00 for first repair, per HandPiece. Then, $39.95 for each repair to that HandPiece for one year from the date of first basic repair.
SlowSpeed HandPieces:
Pay just $100.00 for first repair, per HandPiece. Then, $75.00 for each repair to that HandPiece for one year from the date of first basic repair.
No minimum required. Offer includes basic service. You only pay when you need repair.
Step Two-
Registration
You can register your HandPiece with 1-866-HANDPIECE in one of two ways:
(1) Register via telephone by calling 1-866-HANDPIECE (426-3743).
(2) Register via the Internet at www.1-866-HANDPIECE.com.
Once your HandPiece(s) are registered with 1-866-HANDPIECE, you are eligible to receive discounted services for all repairs on those HandPieces.
Step Three- Repair
When repairs are needed, simply do the following:
(1) Pack for Shipping: Simply put the HandPiece(s) in the provided envelope and send to 1-866-HANDPIECE via regular mail, or schedule pick-up by phone or on the web. Orders are processed immediately, and HandPiece(s) will be picked up on the same or following business day.
(2) Turnaround: Within 24 hours, the HandPiece is repaired and shipped directly back to your dental office. This is a GUARANTEED turnaround time offered by 1-866-HANDPIECE.
